The “Strategy of the PGZ Capial Group for 2024-2033″ is a key strategic document describing the main activities, directions and strategic goals of the PGZ Capital Group. The new Strategy takes into account the dynamically changing internal and external environment. It focuses on actions that should be continued to support plans for the rapid expansion of the Polish Armed Forces, thanks to the growing interest worldwide. The other key points of the Strategy are the ongoing development, building relationships, taking care of the work environment and supporting the natural environment. The Strategy identifies the main challenges and risks, and also provides the opportunity to make adjustments to minimize the negative effects of such risks.

Vision:
Our vision for the PGZ Group is to be a key supplier to the Polish Armed Forces in a wide range of products and services supporting Poland’s defence capabilities. A financially effective holding that generates funds for the development of production and technological potential, as well as an entity supporting the Polish economy and local communities, promoting a pro-defense attitude and the integration of Polish soldiers with society, while caring for the natural environment at the same time.
The approved concept defines Strategic Objectives that concern:
- Increase of consolidated revenues of the PGZ Group,
- Increase of the consolidated EBITDA of the PGZ Group,
- Increasing the potential of the PGZ Group to meet the needs in the field of military equipment and supplies,
- Increase in the total own expenditure of the PGZ Group on research, development and implementation,
- Achieving a specific level of revenue by the PGZ Group from sources other than contracts for the Polish Armed Forces,
- Implementation of the key programs and projects for the Polish Armed Forces,
- Supporting safe, sustainable development of Poland.
