The Code of Conduct of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa is the key document setting forth the framework for the new corporate governance in our Group.
The aim of this tool is to enable implementation of the regulations reinforcing cooperation between companies and creating mechanisms improving coordination between activities conducted by all entities forming our Group. Thanks to the Code we consistently improve the organisational standards at the PGZ Group acting as one body that strives to follow the optimal management model.
One of the notable benefits of introducing the Code of Conduct of the PGZ Group is that every company is explicitly obliged to act in the best interest of the PGZ Group, carry out its Strategy and apply the Organisational Standards adopted by the Management Board of PGZ S.A., which were developed in partnership with its subsidiaries.
